A fatal motorcycle accident occurred in Keelung City, Taiwan, early on the morning of October 18th. According to initial reports, a 16-year-old identified as 賴 (Lai) was riding a motorcycle without a license, carrying a 20-year-old passenger named 黃 (Huang).

The incident took place on 基金一路 (Jijin Road) at approximately 5:17 AM. Preliminary investigations suggest that 賴 (Lai) lost control of the motorcycle while navigating a turn, resulting in a collision with the central median.

Emergency services arrived on the scene, and the 16-year-old 賴 (Lai) was transported to Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead at 5:34 AM. The passenger, 黃 (Huang), is currently receiving medical treatment and is reportedly in a stable condition.

Authorities have initiated a blood test for è³´ (Lai) to determine if alcohol was a contributing factor. A full investigation is underway to ascertain the precise circumstances of the accident.
