Taiwan Educator in Critical Condition After Drowning Incident

A concerning incident unfolded in Taitung County, Taiwan, on November 17th, involving the Principal of Fuyuan Elementary School, Zhang Nengfa. Reports indicate that Mr. Zhang fell into the sea near the Dulan Cape. Initial reports suggest he may have slipped while fishing on the rocky shore.

Emergency services responded swiftly to the scene. Rescuers pulled Mr. Zhang from the water and immediately began resuscitation efforts. Upon arrival, he was found unconscious, not breathing, and foaming at the mouth. He was subsequently transported to Mackay Memorial Hospital for urgent medical care.
