A 72-year-old man, Mr. Chen, was driving from Heping towards Guguan with two passengers. Upon arrival at the scene, paramedics confirmed that Mr. Chen sustained minor injuries, Ms. Luo suffered a fractured arm, and Ms. Jian had facial abrasions. All three were transported to the Dongshi Farmers' Hospital for treatment. Thankfully, none of the injuries were critical.

Following a breathalyzer test, the police confirmed that Mr. Chen's blood alcohol level was 0. Traffic control was implemented at the accident site, with one-way traffic allowed until the vehicle was towed away at 3:10 PM, when traffic was fully restored.
