In a recent incident, Su-Hui Weng, the founder of Lihpao Outlet, was involved in a pedestrian accident. The event occurred in late January 2022 at the intersection of Heping East Road and Muzha Road in Taipei, Taiwan. According to reports, a female driver, making a right turn on a green light, struck Weng.

The collision resulted in abrasions to Weng's right knee, ankle, and hip. While the driver involved agreed to cover all medical expenses and provide compensation, Weng is reportedly seeking NT$6 million in damages, stating that the funds are intended for charitable donation.
