Taiwanese Man's Desperate Act: Stealing a Neglected Mercedes for Quick Cash

Chen proceeded to sign an agreement with the unsuspecting scrapping company, authorizing them to tow away the vehicle. The real owner, identified as a man named Zhang, discovered his 28-year-old Mercedes-Benz, which he used as a daily driver, had vanished, and immediately reported it to the police.
