A dramatic incident unfolded on a Taroko Express train bound for Taitung in Taiwan, as a man was caught on video falling from the train and onto the tracks. The footage reveals a terrifying close call, prompting an urgent response from authorities to prevent a potential disaster.

The incident occurred on the 448 train. A man, identified as Mr. Cai, disembarked at Nangang Station to purchase something. Upon his return, the train doors had already closed. In a desperate move, Mr. Cai jumped onto the connector between the third and fourth carriages of the train.

The train continued its journey until a station attendant at Xizhi Station noticed Mr. Cai's precarious position, his feet dangling outside the train. The attendant immediately alerted the authorities. The train was subsequently stopped at Qidu Station.
