A dramatic three-car collision occurred at approximately 3:00 AM in the Zhongzheng District of Keelung, Taiwan, near the Bi Hai Qing Tian community on Xinfeng Street. The incident involved three vehicles, resulting in injuries to two men. The scene was chaotic, with one individual found to be in a state of OHCA (Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest) upon arrival at the hospital. A cargo truck involved in the crash also collided with an electric pole.

First responders from the Keelung City Fire Department were dispatched at 4:17 AM after receiving reports of the accident. Three fire stations – Zhongzheng, Xinyi, and Xin'er – responded with five fire engines and two ambulances, deploying a total of 14 firefighters to the scene. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation by the local police, who are collecting evidence.
