A fire broke out in Xizhi District, Xinbei City, Taiwan on the evening of November 25th. The New Taipei City Fire Department received a report at 6:14 PM concerning a 7-story building on Kangning Street, Lane 169, which was emitting smoke.

Firefighters swiftly arrived at the scene. Although there was no visible fire from the exterior, they immediately began extinguishing efforts. The fire was successfully brought under control by 6:29 PM. The estimated burned area was approximately 2 ping (about 6.6 square meters). The exact cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
