The error occurred in the evening. It was brought to the school's attention when parents discovered the mistake and informed the school. The incident has prompted significant concern among parents, prompting the school to take immediate action.

Following the identification of the error, the school promptly contacted each parent via email and phone to apologize and request that they delete the incorrect email. Furthermore, to address parental anxieties, the school held an emergency briefing at 4 PM the following day, detailing the incident and vowing to strengthen preventative measures.
