The case of entertainer Huang Zih-jiao has ignited outrage across Taiwan. Found to be a member of the illegal "Creative Private Room" forum and in possession of 2,259 sexually explicit videos featuring minors, Huang received an eight-month prison sentence. The Taiwan High Court recently held a preliminary hearing. Huang Zih-jiao bowed to the media for five seconds as he left the court, leading many to believe he is laying the groundwork for a comeback.

Public figures, including senior entertainers, have made comments perceived as supportive of Huang Zih-jiao. This has prompted strong reactions. Political commentator Wu Ching-yi voiced her condemnation on Facebook, criticizing the notion of "leaving him a way to survive," stating it was "too much" given the severity of the crimes.

Wu Ching-yi highlighted a particularly devastating aspect of the case: one victim, a 14-year-old middle school student, was forced to film 228 videos. These videos were created to satisfy the demands of "premium members." "Every time these premium members requested her, she had to be sexually assaulted in front of the camera, and this process was repeated 228 times," she explained, painting a grim picture of the abuse inflicted.
