A serious incident occurred in Taiwan, specifically at the intersection of Guoguang Street and Guocheng Street in the Sanxia District of New Taipei City, near the National Taipei University Elementary School, at approximately 4:04 PM on the 19th. A vehicle, for reasons yet to be determined, suddenly accelerated, impacting more than ten individuals. Tragically, three people were found without vital signs at the scene.
