The forecast indicates that rainfall accumulation in the mountainous regions of Taipei and New Taipei, as well as the Keelung North Coast, could reach up to 1000 millimeters by the 3rd. Starting this evening, the rain zones are expected to gradually shift eastward, with Yilan anticipating even more significant precipitation. Rainfall in northern Hualien is also projected to increase.
